Team Wolf Strength and Conditioning Sign Up

Believe it or not, it is time to begin our spring Strength & Conditioning. We enter our 5th season where we work out together as a program to prepare for fall 2012 sports. This program has been essential to our success as a program and has been a great transitional program into our HS sports programs and WJT.
We will have our Pre Registration sign up at our WCHS shed Saturday February 4th from 10:00 am to 12:00pm
